Welcome to the Rogers-Harrison House Bed and Breakfast (B&B) in the historic town of Niagara on the Lake. The first home was built on this site by John and Mary Rogers circa 1792. Upper Canada's first capital was burned during the war of 1812 along with most of our town which was then known as Newark . The house was rebuilt and occupied by direct descendants of John and Mary Rogers until the spring of 1995. The Rogers family was a prominent family throughout the history of both the town of Niagara on the Lake and the Niagara region in general.

We purchased the property in 1995 after it had been in that family for seven generations.

Today the home and it's visitors are lovingly cared for by both of us (Peter and Marilyn Marchesseau). Situated on picturesque Queen Street, the main street, we are just steps from the Shaw Festival theatres, Canada's oldest golf course overlooking Lake Ontario, the quaint shops, fine dining, art galleries, and museums. We hope you enjoy your tour of our home. For additional information on Niagara on the Lake and elsewhere please be sure to visit our other links.
