Theatre:

Niagara-on-the-Lake is home to the Shaw Festival with performances from April to November. There are many other opportunities to enjoy live theatre.

Heritage:

The town is rich in history having been fought over by British and American Forces, The following will appeal to history buffs, Fort George, Fort Niagara, Fort Erie, The Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum

The Best of Wineries:

There are over thirty wineries located within a few miles. All are eager to sample their art. Our area seems to bring out the artistic flair. These galleries offer a wide variety, Angie Strauss Art Gallery, Doug Forsythe Gallery, Ninavik Native Arts, Riverbank Weir Collection, Signature Works Art Gallery, and the Pumphouse.

Restaurants:

There are also many other excellent choices right here in town, one of our favorites which is constantly getting great reviews from our guests Stone Road Grill,otherwise known as " Rest" , The Grill at The Epicurean, Ginger's, Niagara on the Lake Golf Club. Others are a short drive, On The Twenty, East Dell, Skylon Tower, Queenston Heights, Terroir La Cachette, Peninsula Ridge Winery. We do recommend reservations.

Outdoor Activities:

There are many options for the outdoor enthusiast: golf at the end of the street at the oldest golf club in North America. Play tennis on outdoor turf in town at the Niagara on the Lake Tennis Club.
